| Army Iron Man of the Year Ring: In 2006, TSF Radio Network commissioned Jostens, Inc. to create a ring that is presented to each winner of the annual honor. The naming of the Army Iron Man of the Year winner is in mid-to-late December. The ring takes 4-6 weeks to produce or longer, so the presentation of the Army Iron Man of the Year ring is usually scheduled for the late winter, early spring at the school. |
| Ring presentation ceremony: Typically, TSF Radio Network's goal is to schedule the presentation ceremony at a pep rally at the school, during an assembly, or during another high school sporting event, like a high school basketball or baseball game. In Alabama, recruiters of the Montgomery Recruiting Battalion presented the Army Iron Man of the Year ring to Brantley High School's Stephen Walker during an assembly in front of the entire student body. In Kentucky, recruiters presented Heath Adams with his ring during the Middlesboro High School football banquet. |
